Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 rice cakes
1 cup cooked jasmine rice
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup cabbage, shredded
1 green onion, sliced
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 lime, sliced
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Whisk honey, soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon water in a bowl
Place salmon on parchment-lined baking sheet
Brush glaze over salmon
Bake for 12 minutes
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions
Steam broccoli and cabbage 3-4 minutes
