2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup homemade or store-bought BBQ rub
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cups homemade or store-bought BBQ sauce (alcohol-free)

Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels
Spray the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray
