1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
4 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp cumin
0.5 tsp black pepper
4 bamboo skewers
2 tbsp vegetable oil (for brushing)
Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F)
In a bowl, combine chipotle, honey, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, and pepper
