Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
Zest of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and honey
Stir until the ingredients are well blended
Add chicken and toss to coat evenly
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight
Cook chicken over high heat on a grill, roasted at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, or use in salads/wraps as desired
