2 lbs lean ground beef
1-2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 quarts beef broth or beef stock
1 small head of fresh cabbage, cored and chopped
2 cans (14.5 oz each) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
