1 lb ground beef or halal meat substitute
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup barbecue sauce (alcohol-free)
1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa
1 cup sliced bell peppers
1 cup corn kernels
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lime juice
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
