2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika (use regular if unavailable)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
½ cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for serving)
Non-stick spray or aluminum foil
Baking tray

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with foil or spray with non-stick coating
Mix chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl
