  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onions (if using). Drain excess fat.

3. Mix in soup, sour cream, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Pour into a baking dish.

4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beef mixture.

5. Layer frozen tater tots evenly over the top.

6. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until tots are golden and crispy.
