  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.

3. Spread shredded rotisserie chicken evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

5. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions, then fluff with a fork.

6. Spread the prepared stuffing evenly over the creamy chicken layer.

7. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing to help it crisp while baking.

9. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve warm.

Notes

This casserole works beautifully with leftover chicken or turkey.

Try adding extra vegetables like peas, corn, or green beans for added color and nutrition.

Mix and match cream soups for a different flavor profile.

Make ahead by assembling the casserole up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerating until ready to bake.
