Ingredients

  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 lemons, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
