  • 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1 cup arugula or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Wash the peaches thoroughly under cool running water, cut them in half, remove the pits, and slice into wedges.

2. In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced peaches, halved mozzarella balls, and arugula or mixed greens.

3. Add the toasted walnuts, crumbled feta cheese, and torn basil leaves to the bowl.

4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

5. Gently toss everything together to combine without crushing the peaches or mozzarella.
