Hot Honey Baked Feta is a creamy feta dip topped with hot honey, making this a unique recipe with a slight kick.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish
  • Pink peppercorns, optional

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Pat the feta dry with paper towels and place it in a baking dish or small cast iron pan. Drizzle olive oil over the feta.

3. Bake the feta for 8–10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set the broiler to high.

4. Drizzle hot honey over the feta and place it back in the oven on the top rack. Broil for 5–6 minutes, or until the top begins to brown.

5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme and pink peppercorns.

6. Serve with crackers or pita chips and enjoy.

Notes

For extra heat, use a spicier variety of hot honey or add crushed red pepper flakes. This dish is best served warm straight from the oven.
