Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prep Pan: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt White Chocolate & Butter: Use a double boiler to melt the white chocolate and butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Set aside to cool.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Set aside.
  • Beat Eggs and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually mix in the sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Combine Mixtures: Slowly pour the cooled chocolate-butter mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Gently fold in the flour mixture using a rubber spatula. Stir just until combined—don’t overmix.
  • Fold in Chocolate Chips: Add semisweet chocolate chips and gently fold into the batter.
  • Bake: Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25–28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool and Slice: Let brownies cool in the pan before slicing into squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Let the brownies cool fully before slicing for clean edges.
  • Don’t overbake! White chocolate can dry out if left too long.
  • Want some extra crunch? Add chopped walnuts or pecans.
