  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts and potatoes in the crockpot.

2. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil until well combined.

3. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken and potatoes.

4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
