A delicious and easy-to-make Beef Stroganoff recipe cooked in a crockpot, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Egg noodles, for serving

Instructions

1. In a crockpot, combine the beef stew meat, onion, garlic, mushrooms, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.

3. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and flour together until smooth.

4. Stir the sour cream mixture into the crockpot and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.

5. Serve over cooked egg noodles.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, you can add more flour to the sour cream mixture.
