  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prep your ingredients by chopping the beef into bite-sized pieces.

2. Sear the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.

3. Transfer seared beef to a crockpot; add ranch dressing mix, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Mix gently.

4. Set the crockpot to low and cook for 6-8 hours until tender.

5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.

6. Stir in cooked pasta and shredded cheese into the crockpot until well combined.

Notes

For easier prep, use pre-cut beef stew meat.
