Enjoy a delicious, crispy, and cheesy wrap made with air-fried chicken and fresh mozzarella. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, this recipe combines tender chicken breast with melty cheese, all wrapped up in a crispy tortilla.

  • 2 large chicken breasts (approximately 1 pound total)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss chicken strips in the seasoning mix until evenly coated.

2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.

3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer in the basket.

4. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

5. Remove chicken from the air fryer. On each tortilla, layer spinach leaves, shredded mozzarella, and cooked chicken strips.

6. Roll tortillas tightly to enclose the filling. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray.

7. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden.

8. Remove wraps and let cool slightly. Slice each wrap in half and serve with ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

You can adjust the seasoning by adding cayenne pepper for heat or Italian herbs for extra flavor.

Feel free to add extra veggies like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms for more nutrition.

Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure the wraps crisp evenly.
