This Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta is a comforting one-pot meal perfect for busy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Pasta:

  • 8 oz Bowtie Pasta
  • 2 cups Beef Broth (Can substitute with vegetable broth)

For the Beef:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken)
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce (Can substitute with soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Fresh minced garlic can be used)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder (Optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning (Can use individual herbs)

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (Can substitute with Pecorino Romano)

Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Cook it until browned and crumbly, approximately 5-7 minutes.

2. If there is excess grease, carefully drain it from the skillet.

3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and onion powder, mixing well to combine the flavors for about a minute.

4. Pour in the beef broth and add the uncooked bowtie pasta, ensuring all the noodles are submerged in the liquid.

5. Cover the skillet and let it cook for around 7 minutes, checking occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.

6. Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce.

7. Serve hot and sprinkle with parsley.

Notes

For an added touch of freshness, serve with a sprinkle of black pepper and extra Parmesan on top.
