  • 8 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Boil pasta shells, drain, and set aside.

2. Cook beef, onion, and garlic in olive oil.

3. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and beef stock, simmer for 6-8 minutes.

4. Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese, cook until smooth.

5. Mix in pasta shells and let everything thicken for 5-10 mins.
