Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed croutons (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until smooth.

4. Spread Caesar mixture evenly over each chicken breast.

5. Top with mozzarella and crushed croutons if using.

6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

7. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden, crispy top.

8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Broiling at the end adds extra crispiness to the topping.

Serve with a side salad, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes.

Use light mayonnaise for a lighter version.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
