  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

1. Start by cooking the chicken. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate to rest.
