Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Preheat oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce on both sides.

4. Broil for 8–10 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheat gently to avoid drying out the salmon.

Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal.

For deeper flavor, marinate salmon in sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
