Super easy Baked Pumpkin Spice Donuts are soft, flavorful, and topped with a simple glaze. Perfect for fall but delicious all year long!

1 (15.25 oz) package Spice Cake Mix

15 oz pumpkin puree

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, add the cake mix and pumpkin puree.

3. Beat the mixture together until smooth.

4. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into a donut pan.

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the donuts spring back when lightly pressed.

6. Transfer to a wire rack and cool for 5 minutes. Remove donuts from the pan and cool completely.

7. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.

8. Dip the donut tops in the glaze and return to the wire rack. Add sprinkles if desired.

Notes

These donuts are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Decorate with festive sprinkles for seasonal celebrations.

You can double the glaze recipe if you prefer a thicker coating.
